Land Stewardship for Bird Conservation Walk & Talk – Acreage at Osceola
September 3 @ 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm
FreeJoin Wild Rivers Conservancy, Audubon Upper Mississippi River, and The Acreage at Osceola for a walking tour highlighting local bird species and bird-friendly land stewardship practices. This tour will provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of land stewardship practices in a variety of habitats and their significance in preserving native bird species.
During this tour, we will be visiting the Acreage at Osceola’s property to learn about the native bird species and hear more about restoration initiatives undertaken on the property. Hear from Dale Gentry with Audubon Upper Mississippi River about how to keep your land healthy and bird-friendly, and from the Acreage at Osceola on how they plan to manage the land.
