Fall Colors Paddle

Join us for our final paddle of the year as we conclude the 2023 paddling season. This slow moving section of the St. Croix River offers amazing wildlife viewing and fall foliage galore. Please dress appropriately and seize the opportunity to catch a glimpse of the river valley as the seasons change.

Meet us at our take out location at Lions Park in St. Croix Falls, WI and we will shuttle you up the scenic River Road to Nevers Dam Landing. Along this stretch of the river, you’ll encounter grand views of Wild River State Park and numerous natural wonders. During this time of year, migrating birds and autumn colors are at their peak, and fortunately, it’s the off-season for insects and other pests.

This is a fully supported paddle and you will be provided with kayaks, paddles, and PFDs, as well as a shuttle service to the starting point canoe/kayak landing. You will end back at your vehicle at the take out.
