Join the Wild Wanderers Hiking Club all year round as we explore the St. Croix River Valley together!
The Wild Wanderers Hiking Club invites people of all ages to explore the St. Croix and Namekagon Riverway through guided hikes in some of the most beautiful lands that define our region. We strive to encourage a love of the outdoors, connections to nature, others, and ourselves, through shared appreciation for our natural environment.
Come experience the beautiful Trego Nature Trail and wander alongside the flowing Namekagon River! This is a great chance to explore some of the hiking opportunities in the upper Riverway and stop in to visit our NPS friends at the nearby Namekagon Visitor Center on your way home.

What to Bring
- Comfortable clothes to hike in (weather appropriate)
- Sturdy walking shoes

For the safety of participants and staff, this program may be canceled due to inclement weather or hazardous conditions. Participants will be notified via email and event pages will be updated if the program is cancelled.
Refund Policy
There are no refunds for participant-initiated cancellations.
