Permanently protecting the forests, wetlands, and open areas of his property is a top priority for woodland owner Dave Odendahl. For the past few years, Dave has been actively managing his property in Pine City, Minnesota in collaboration with the Minnesota Land Trust.
Get an inside look at Dave’s work and learn how local natural resources professionals assist these efforts during this fun and informative hike on Saturday, May 22! In addition to a beautiful spring hike through the woods, you’ll get to:
- Enjoy fellowship with other woodland owners
- Discover how your woodlands protect wildlife and the St. Croix River watershed
- Find out how the Minnesota Land Trust can support your woodland conservation efforts
Led by Dave and Wild Rivers Conservancy’s Forestry Program Coordinator Nikki Henger, this hike will also be joined by Minnesota Land Trust’s Ruurd Schoolderman.
