Calling all early birds! Start your day with a guided hike on the Trail of Myths in the Wert Nature Preserve. Wild Rivers Conservancy Naturalist Jeremiah Walters will lead the way as we explore this popular pit stop for warblers on their migration routes. Stretch your wings at bird identification while learning about Wild Rivers Conservancy’s work to protect wildlife habitat.
The 2.2-mile loop of the Trail of Myths is part of the Ice Age National Scenic Trail, which follows the last outline of Wisconsin’s most recent glacier. Come prepared for some changes in terrain and variable trail conditions.
When: Saturday, May 22 from 8:00 AM-10:30 AM
Cost: $10 (includes use of binoculars)
Where: Wert Nature Preserve, Trail of Myths
