Smooth softshell, false map, spiny softshell, snapping…the turtles of the Namekagon are fascinating animals living in a wild and scenic river. Get to know these reptilian Riverway residents during a guided kayak trip with Wild Rivers Conservancy Naturalist Jeremiah Walters!
We’ll watch for turtles on logs and turtles on the bank, as well as looking for their preferred habitat while enjoying a beautiful summer day on the water.
This supported trip includes shuttle service, kayak, a paddle, and PFD. Bring your lunch and dress appropriately as you are likely to get wet on this trip.
When: Friday, July 9 from 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
